Shipping

Our goal is to get you your order as quickly and as painlessly as possible. If there’s some sort of snafu, we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop.

Return Policy

Don’t like them? Don’t tell us…

Just kidding! Neon Bandits will accept returns within 15 days of the customer (that’s you…) receiving the product. All items being returned must be in unused condition with the tags still applied to them. Any item being returned without tags will not be refunded.

The buyer will incur all shipping costs associated with sending the product back to Neon Bandits. Once the item is returned, the buyer will not be refunded for any original shipping costs. Additionally, customers will be charged a 25% restocking fee. When returning an item please include a brief explanatory note which includes your name, order number and any reason for the return / exchange.

We do not take any responsibility for an item lost during the return shipping.
